These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of AISMatch — an AI-assisted dating and matching application ("Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you enter a binding agreement with the operator of AISMatch ("we", "us", "AISMatch").
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not register or use the Service.

AISMatch is intended exclusively for adults. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract in your jurisdiction.
You confirm your age by entering your date of birth when you create your profile; a profile cannot be created or updated with a date of birth that indicates an age under 18. If you register with an email address, you also confirm at registration that you are at least 18. We may remove accounts where we have reason to believe the user is under 18.
You may not use the Service if you are prohibited from doing so under applicable law or if your account was previously suspended or removed for violations.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
Profile information, photos, messages, and other content you submit must be accurate, belong to you (or you must have the rights to use them), and comply with our Community Guidelines.
We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.
AISMatch uses automated systems — including profile data analysis and third-party large language models — to suggest matches, generate explanations, and power AI assistants. AI outputs are informational only and may be incomplete or inaccurate.
When a participant of a chat uses the chat AI assistant, recent messages from both participants of that chat, including transcripts of voice messages, are sent to our AI provider; the other participant is not notified. Section 6 of the Privacy Policy describes what each AI feature sends.
We do not guarantee compatibility, relationship outcomes, or the accuracy of AI-generated text. You are solely responsible for your decisions when contacting or meeting other users.
Do not share sensitive financial, medical, or government ID information with the AI assistant or in chats.
You agree not to harass, spam, impersonate others, scrape data, reverse-engineer the Service, circumvent quotas or security, or use the Service for commercial solicitation without permission.
Voice messages, photos, and chat content must comply with applicable law and our Community Guidelines.
Without a subscription, AI features have weekly limits that reset every Monday at 00:00 UTC, and manual search has a fixed number of searches per account that does not refill. Premium includes a monthly allowance of AI usage units, and different AI operations use different numbers of units. Your current limits and reset dates are shown in Settings → Subscription. Limits and units only measure usage, have no monetary value and do not roll over.
The app does not currently offer in-app purchases.
We may update the Service, these Terms, or discontinue features. Material changes will be communicated in-app or by email when appropriate. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
You retain rights to the content you submit, and you grant us a license to store, display, and process it solely to operate and improve the Service.
The Service, its software, design, and branding are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable laws.
You may delete your account at any time in the app: Profile → menu (⋮) → Delete profile. Deletion cannot be undone; section 12 of the Privacy Policy lists what is deleted and what is kept.
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, our Community Guidelines, or applicable law.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or interactions with other users.
You use AISMatch and communicate with other users at your own risk. Always take sensible precautions when meeting people offline.
AISMATCH DOES NOT CONDUCT CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECKS OR IDENTITY VERIFICATION OF ITS USERS. The optional profile verification only compares a live selfie with the user's own main profile photo on the user's device; it does not confirm a person's name, age or identity. Profile information, including age, is provided by users and is not verified by us.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer law of your country provides otherwise.
We will try to resolve disputes informally through in-app Support (Profile → Settings → Support) or https://legal.aismatch.app/delete-account/ before any formal proceedings.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated in-app. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
