AISMatch (the AISMatch app on Google Play, com.aismatch.app, and the website aismatch.app) has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). Any content or behaviour that sexually abuses, exploits or endangers children is strictly prohibited.
These standards apply to every account, profile, photo, message, chat request and AI request on AISMatch. They are part of our Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
AISMatch is only for people aged 18 and over. Every user enters a date of birth when creating a profile, and a profile with an age under 18 cannot be created or saved.
AI search does not look for people under 18. If we learn that an account belongs to someone under 18, we delete it.
Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form: creating, uploading, sharing, requesting or linking to sexual images, videos or texts involving anyone under 18, including drawn, edited or AI-generated material.
Inappropriate interaction with a minor, online or in person: sexual comments, requests for intimate images, and physical contact such as touching or groping.
Grooming: befriending, contacting or manipulating a minor to make sexual contact or the exchange of sexual images possible.
Sexualising minors in profiles, photos, messages or AI requests: images or texts that show children in a sexual way or in a way that could lead to their exploitation, and sexual role-play involving minors.
Sextortion: threatening or blackmailing a minor with real or claimed access to their intimate images.
Child trafficking: advertising, offering or soliciting a minor for sexual exploitation, and any offer, request or arrangement of sexual contact with a minor.
Using AISMatch to find, contact or meet anyone under 18.
In the app: open the person's profile and choose Report. Reports are saved and reach our team.
You can also contact our child safety point of contact through the Support page, https://aismatch.app/support/, or by email at aismatch.app@gmail.com.
If a child is in immediate danger, contact the police or emergency services first. You can also turn to a child protection organisation in your country.
Reports about child safety are reviewed first. When we find CSAE content or behaviour, we remove the content, permanently close the accounts involved and keep the information the law requires us to keep.
We report child sexual abuse material and child sexual exploitation to the competent law enforcement authorities and, where applicable, to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC). We cooperate with lawful requests from law enforcement.
AISMatch complies with applicable child safety laws and regulations, including the laws on reporting child sexual abuse material, and with the Child Safety Standards and Child Endangerment policies of Google Play.
Our child safety point of contact is Ergeshov Bayaman, the operator of AISMatch: aismatch.app@gmail.com or the Support page, https://aismatch.app/support/. This contact can speak to how we review reports and enforce these standards, and takes action when needed.
